Internship at Konsis

Konsis collaborates with many local Universities to accomodate 3rd and 4th grade University students to have a short internship. Internship is also open to any graduate who wishes to gain work experience in a corporate environment. Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

To create 3d and 2d models of events in design programs.

Job requirements:

1 year work experience in design field;

Creative thinking;

Must know Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw programs at the highest level.

Job Type:

Monday-Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00;

Salary shall be defined on the basis of interwiev.

Translator

Responsibilities:

- Translation of documents, letters, agreements, training materials and other written documents on high quality;

- Conducting terminological research, keeping format and consistency of translated material;

- Follow ethic rules of translation and preserving confidentiality of documents;

- Ability to work in team.

Job requirements:

- High education, bachelor or master degree (the graduates from the faculties of Linguistics and Translation are preferential);

- More than 3 years of practice in the translation sphere on English and Azerbaijani languages (Russian language is desirable);

- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English and Azerbaijani languages;

- Usage skills for MS Office programs, online dictionary resources.

Project Manager Assistant

Responsibilities:

-Project Manager Assistant works with clients in Konsis;

-The Project Manager supports the process of execution of orders, monitors the execution of orders by working with contractors and makes a report about the customer’s orders and the subcontracted work. At the beginning, he/she meets Client at the presence of Project Manager and, after a certain period of time, performs the work of clients independently;

-Project Manager Assistant carries out the documentation of orders. He/she reports to Project Manager and Management about the work done.

Job requirements:                                                 

-The main areas of Konsis are the organization of conferences, rental of conference equipment and simultaneous translation equipment, written and oral translation, as well as short and long-term European and US projects;

-Candidates for the position of Project Manager Assistant should know English, be able to use the computer and Microsoft Office programs;

Bachelor degree is required.
